At what temperature should I set my cellar?
Hello everyone, I have a wine cellar dual zone I bought from Costco a couple of years. I lost the manual and was wondering what temperature it should be to establish the two areas. I guess one is red and white zine. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks to Joe
The optimum storage temperature of red wine for red wine is 50 degrees to 55 Fahrenht white wines should be kept at 40 degrees.
